Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup salted butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the egg and milk.1 large egg,½ cup milk

- In a large bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.2 cups bread crumbs,1 teaspoon paprika,1 teaspoon garlic powder,1 teaspoon poultry seasoning,1 teaspoon dried parsley,1 teaspoon kosher salt,½ teaspoon ground black pepper

- Dip the chicken breasts into the egg/milk mixture then into the crumb mixture being sure to coat each piece with crumbs.4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the melted butter over the top of the chicken.⅓ cup salted butter

- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow your chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
