Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin cut into 2-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ cups broccoli florets
- 4 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 12 ounces baby corn drained (1 standard can)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions

- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the beef and liquid and cook, stirring until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer the beef to a bowl and set aside.2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Allow the remaining liquid to simmer in the skillet until it begins to thicken, then add the garlic and scallions and cook for 1 minute.2 cloves garlic,2 green onions
