Air Fryer Ravioli


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups unseasoned panko crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bag refrigerated three cheese mini ravioli (20-24 oz)
  • Oil spray
  • Fresh basil, to garnish
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, to serve

Instructions

  1. Make the egg wash by whisking together the egg and a splash of water and set aside (no more than 2 tablespoons).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
  3. Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture. Then, transfer the ravioli into the panko mixture until coated. 
  4. Grease your air fryer basket lightly with oil spray.
  5. Place as much of the coated ravioli in the greased air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the air fryer. Spray the ravioli with oil spray.
  6. Air fry the ravioli at 400F for 7 – 10 minutes or until it’s golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Garnish with more grated parmesan and fresh basil and serve with marinara sauce on the side.
