Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs


INGREDIENTS 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 to 9 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Place eggs in an air fryer basket, in a single layer. Cook in batches, if needed.
  2. Set temperature to 250 degrees F and timer to 17 minutes.
  3. During the last two minutes of the cooking time, prepare ice bath: place ice cubes and water in a medium or large mixing bowl.
  4. Once the cooking cycle is done, remove eggs with kitchen tongs and place them straight away in an ice bath.
  5. Wait 8 to 10 minutes, then roll the eggs against the wall of the bowl to break the shell. Peel eggs. The shells should easily come off.
