Classic Hamburger / Cheeseburger


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef (I prefer 80/20 for juicier burgers)
  • sandwich buns
  • desired toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees while you’re preparing your burgers
  2. Shape ground beef into the desired number of patties.
  3. Place into air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit (199 degrees Celsius) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Note: DO NOT PRESS THE BURGER, that is what makes them dry.
  6. If desired, add cheese and cook another minute to melt.
  7. Plate and enjoy!
