Air Fryer Grilled Cheese


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 or 3 slices cheese Cheddar, Monterey jack, Swiss, Pepper jack or any melting cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place your bread on the cutting board. Butter the slices. This is totally optional and you can choose to butter only the outside of the sandwich.
  2. Keep your sliced or grated cheese on top of the bread and close the sandwich.
  3. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich. Insert a toothpick to keep the top slice in place.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 370F for 3 to 5 minutes. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the toothpick. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
