INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices bread
- 1 to 2 teaspoon butter
- 2 or 3 slices cheese Cheddar, Monterey jack, Swiss, Pepper jack or any melting cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place your bread on the cutting board. Butter the slices. This is totally optional and you can choose to butter only the outside of the sandwich.
- Keep your sliced or grated cheese on top of the bread and close the sandwich.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich. Insert a toothpick to keep the top slice in place.
- Preheat the air fryer at 370F for 3 to 5 minutes. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the toothpick. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
