Air Fryer Potato Wedges


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound russet potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Wash 1 pound of russet potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spray basket lightly with cooking oil.
  4. Place wedges in air fryer basket making sure not to crowd them so air can circulate. Spray tops of potato wedges lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes and then flip over and cook for 7 minutes more

NOTES

Every air fryer is a bit different so make sure to check your manual for cooking times. You may need to adjust cooking times depending on the size of our potato wedges. You can peel or leave the peel on to the potato. It won’t affect it either way.

All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
