INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large Russet Potatoes Sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400° F (200° C), for 5 minutes.
- Clean the potatoes. Slice them about 1/4″ thick. Put the slices into cold water for about 3 minutes to wash off the starch.
- Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry. Toss them with the olive oil and salt.
- Add the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 14 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through cooking.
- Serve with additional salt, if necessary.
All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
