Ingredients:
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ⅛ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 basil leaves
Instructions:
- Take your tortilla and place it onto a cutting board or paper towel.
- Smooth the tomato sauce over the tortilla, leaving an edge just like you would get on a regular pizza. Add dried oregano and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place in your air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 4 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and top with fresh basil.
Tips:
- ⅛ cup equals 2 tablespoons.
- If adding fresh basil to the pizza, it does brown up as the leaves touch the hot surface (as seen above!). If you want to minimize this, let the pizza cool a bit before adding basil, or even slice up your basil leaves a bit before adding so they are more ribbonlike.
- Precook all meats (except for pepperoni/Canadian bacon) and all veggies (except for thinly sliced tomatoes) before adding to the pizza.
- All air fryers cook differently, so keep an eye on it, and check for doneness starting at the 3 minute mark.
