Air Fryer Chicken Burritos


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 150-gram cooked rice
  • 200-gram green beans cooked
  • shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tablespoons burrito seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 tablespoon tomato salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook the rice in your Instant Pot
  2. Clean the green beans and cook for 10 minutes then drain
  3. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic
  4. Take a cast-iron skillet and heat to medium-hot. Add olive oil before adding the onion and garlic. Stir continuously until soft this takes about 4 minutes. Then add the shredded chicken. Stir again then add the taco seasoning and about ¼ cup of water. Let it cook through for 5 minutes. Let it cool
  5. Take a tortilla and take one to two tablespoons of rice and put it in the middle of the tortilla
  6. Scoop 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on top of the rice
  7. Add a tablespoon of green beans and 2 tablespoons of tomato salsa. Fold your burritos and wrap them with tin foil. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400℉. Add the burritos in the Air Fryer and warm for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
