INGREDIENTS
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 (9 oz) package ravioli (see notes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, if it requires pre-heating.
- Place the egg in a low shallow bowl, add the water and lightly whisk together. Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and dried Italian seasoning in a separate low bowl and mix to combine. (If using very small ravioli, double the breading mixture. See notes below.)
- Dredge each piece of ravioli in the egg mixture on both sides then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to get the breadcrumbs to adhere well.
- Place the coated ravioli in the Air Fryer in an even layer. (You will need to work in batches.) Spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray.
- Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes for small ravioli and 10 minutes for large ravioli, flipping over once halfway through the cooking time.
