Air Fryer Hamburgers


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef 80/20
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce optional

For Serving

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • toppings as desired

Instructions:

  1. Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
  2. Form into 4 patties, about 1/2″ thick. Make a small indent in the middle of the patty with your thumb. Brush patties with barbecue sauce if using.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Add patties in a single layer to the basket.
  4. Cook 6 minutes. Flip burger over and cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until beef reaches 160°F.
  5. Add cheese if using and cook 1 minute more. Serve on buns.
