Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups unseasoned panko crumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 bag refrigerated three cheese mini ravioli (20-24 oz)
- Oil spray
- Fresh basil, to garnish
- Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, to serve
Instructions
- Make the egg wash by whisking together the egg and a splash of water and set aside (no more than 2 tablespoons).
- In a separate bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
- Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture. Then, transfer the ravioli into the panko mixture until coated.
- Grease your air fryer basket lightly with oil spray.
- Place as much of the coated ravioli in the greased air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the air fryer. Spray the ravioli with oil spray.
- Air fry the ravioli at 400F for 7 – 10 minutes or until it’s golden and crispy on the outside.
- Garnish with more grated parmesan and fresh basil and serve with marinara sauce on the side.
