INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients in Lemon Dill Sauce
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil – Good quality olive oil is key!
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients in Salmon Bites
- 2 4-6 oz salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First, pat the salmon fillets dry. Then, remove the skin. Lastly, cut the fillets into cubes.
- Place the salmon pieces into a bowl. Add the avocado oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Gently combine without breaking the salmon until the pieces are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned salmon into the air fryer basket. Do not stack them on top of one another.
- Air fry the salmon bites at 375 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.
- Make the lemon dill sauce as the salmon is cooking. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
- Serve the sauce with the bites and enjoy!
