Ingredients
- Boiled beef 600gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

- Salt, black pepper, turmeric as required
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Boiled potatoes 4
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Plum 6-8
- Ingredients for rice:
- Boiled rice 500gm
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Onion fried 4tbsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Mint, green chilies, coriander 1cup
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Yellow color as required
- All spice 1tsp
- Screw pine essence few drops
Instructions
In a pan heat clarified butter add onions and whole spice , now add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and turmeric and mix. Now add boil beef and roast well. Now add potatoes and 2 cup water and cook, then grind plum, green chilies, fried onion , now add the yellow color in yogurt , then add lemon juice , mint and coriander lastly add rice and other ingredients and simmer and serve .
