Boxed or Homemade Air Fryer Muffins


Ingredients:

  • 1 c self rising flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 c milk vitamin d is best
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c blueberries fresh or frozen and defrosted

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl whisk together wet ingredients, then incorporate flour and cinnamon. Once mixture is blended, gently fold in berries. * If using boxed, follow directions on box for ingredients needed in mix.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 340 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  3. Place silicone muffin cups into basket, fill each one 3/4 of the way full.
  4. Cook for 12-14 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center.
