INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 4 whole brioche buns
- 4 slices tomato
- 8 slices cucumber
- 1 cup spring salad mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, mint, dill, cumin, coriander, salt and garlic. Try not to over mix to keep the texture from becoming the consistency of meatloaf! Form into 4 patties.
- With your grill preheated to medium high heat, place your patties on the grates, and flip after about 3-5 minutes per side. Cook until internal temperature is 160F.
- Slather your bun with tzatziki, and garnish with spring salad mix, tomato and cucumber. Enjoy!
