How to prepare chicken fried rice restaurant-style?


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice
  • 500 gms Licious Chicken Mini Bites
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 finely chopped red chillies
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped spring onion
  • Salt – to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • Cooking oil as required

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the rice with 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt (You could also use leftover rice).
  2. Drain the rice and rinse it under cold water.
  3. In a medium-sized pan, heat cooking oil.
  4. Season chicken mini bites with pepper and salt on both sides and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set it aside.
  5. In the same pan, on a medium-high flame add more oil and heat it.
  6. Saute the garlic and onions until they turn light brown.
  7. Add the chicken mini bites and mix well by stir-frying.
  8. Add vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce and then blend well.
  9. Now add the rice and stir well.
  10. Transfer the spicy chicken fried rice to a bowl.
  11. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
